Live Wedding Art & Illustration is unique to each couples needs and preferences, as each celebration is different, therefore we always provide custom proposals. Our pricing usually begins at an investment of $2,000.

First, let's meet in person or over zoom to get to know each other, chat about your upcoming wedding and view illustration examples.

Second, you'll choose what moments you want illustrated. It’s important for us to know your ‘why’ in choosing artwork. Do you want it for home decor? If so, we need to know your style so we create complimentary artwork. Do you want illustrations as gifts to your bridal party or as entertainment for your guests?
Bridal Illustrations: With a focused eye, Sasha will illustrate your choice of subjects (eg. bride, bride & groom, bouquet, etc.) during your event, adding finishing details to your artwork back at the studio. You will receive 8-10 high quality illustrations, on 9”x12” archival paper, professionally packaged for your collection or delivery..
Guest Sketches: Using a stylistic approach and a swift hand, Sasha will quickly sketch your guests (6-8 guests per hour) throughout your event. They will receive expressive renderings of themselves, on 9”x12” archival paper.
Combination: You are welcome to incorporate elements of both the bridal illustrations and guest sketches. Alternatively, we can create art after your wedding, using the photographs from your celebration. We are happy to accommodate any special requests.
Details
Next, you'll receive a personalized proposal outlining all deliverables: art focus, medium(s), estimated number of illustrations and time frame, total price and payment details. We require a 25% retainer deposit with the balance due 1 month before your wedding, as well as your event planner’s information to coordinate day-of details. We are happy to travel, though an additional travel fee will apply for weddings outside NYC.
Wedding Day
Finally, Sasha will arrive at your chosen location at our agreed upon time, allowing 1 hour to set up, then she will begin capturing the people and moments of your wedding, allowing for 1 hour take down time.
